• Designed for complete cleaning / processing requirements of both frame & sash

  • Cutter disc for cleaning all outside vertical contours
  • Combination horizontal and vertical scarf knife on upper and lower axis
  • Glass leg scarf knife on upper axis
  • Vertical drill - can be installed on upper or lower axis
  • Horizontal inside router on lower axis
• Optional processing tools include —
  • Programmable tilt latch and/or pivot bar routing
  • Additional vertical drill
  • Custom sloped scarf knives
• Rigid welded steel base with precision ground steel rails and linear bearings for moveable head to allow easy and efficient sizing
• Belt-driven motorized power assist of moveable head
• Integrated, manually actuated lubrication system to dispense oil to multiple internal lubrication points
• Sequential, independent operation of cleaning heads for units less than 20”
• Maximum welded square size - 72”. Optional bed extension for units up to 96”
