• The highly-automated CNC manufacturing solution
• Designed to receive welded squares from the HHW-4000, HHW-4 or WSA welder models
• Complete processing of frame & sash as part of an automated weld/clean line with pass-through cleaning of leading and trailing corners of welded squares simultaneously
• Each of the four cleaning heads has four Servo-driven axes for control of upper and lower tool carriages, 16 Servo-driven cleaning axes in total

  • Cutter disc for cleaning all outside vertical contours
  • Combination horizontal and vertical scarf knife

  • Vertical drill installed on either upper or lower axis
