Twister SS Automatically Fed Screwdrivers

An affordable answer to the need for hand-held screwdrivers in production assembly work. The Twister SS is designed for wood, metal, plastics and other fastening applications. Most common screws are acceptable provided the length is greater than the head diameter.

Carlson Systems Engineering has been designing and building automated equipment for the fenestration, cabinetry and furniture industries since 1974. Since 1993, many of these machines have used Carlson Systems Engineering designed bowl-fed automatic screwdrivers. When our customers asked us to develop a hand-held version of these automatic screwdrivers, the Twister SS was born.
