Premier SDL Processor

The Premier SDL Processor is equipped with an operator assisted infeed, single taping head applicator, programmable coping head assembly, programmable “V” notching/horizontal slitting assembly, and programmable vertical slitting assembly. This machine has the ability to make both the vertical and horizontal slits in the bar without changing the orientation of the bar. This feature requires two coping units, one on either side of the bar, as it enters the coping/notching operation. Controls will interface automatically to determine the appropriate cut length and fabrication based on the entered window size and number of grid lights required. The tape head has optional interchangeable width accommodations with quick change for variable tape widths.
