• Independent control of saw motor assemblies allows for absolute minimum cut scrap and cut length possible
• Rear approach blades with saw assemblies controlled by hydro-pneumatic feed system
• Each saw motor is 3 horsepower / 3,450 rpm
• Cutting Capacity - available capacity to cut two typical frame profiles or up to four typical sash profiles per cycle, depending upon extrusion shape and fixturing requirements
• Integrated pneumatic vertical clamping with quick-change fixtures for rapid change-over between profile shapes, easily accessible by operator from front guard
• Heavy duty steel frame with sheet metal enclosure
• Designed for ease of maintenance - all rotating bearings are “lubed-for-life” and linear bearings do not require lubrication
• Spraymist coolant system for aluminum cutting applications

Operator interface via industrial grade PC workstation with flat panel liquid crystal color display, touch screen functionality and Windows-based operating system.
