DMV Fab Saw

• Large capacity horizontal V-cut saw for aluminum and PVC profiles
• Two independently controlled 45° mitering saw axes, optional 90 degree blade assembly (DMV-I model)
• Up-cut blade feed and computer-controlled material positioning yield the absolute minimum cut scrap
• Standard 500 mm (19.7”) carbide-tipped sawblades with large cut capacity — 5” cut height at 45° without fixtures (550 mm blades optional)
• Increased tabletop capacity for fixturing up to four pieces per cycle
  or the positioning of selected secondary fabrication tools
• Specially balanced direct drive motors for greater reliability and lower maintenance. Each motor is 3 Horsepower and 3,400 rpm.
• Includes SXP Automatic Profile In-feed System, utilizing Servo-driven linear actuator to automatically feed lineals into cutting area or optional secondary fabrication module(s). Optional auto-load system shown in photo.

Operator interface via industrial grade PC workstation with flat panel liquid crystal color display, touch screen functionality and Windows-based operating system.
